Self-confidence Test

Having self-esteem means feeling good about ourselves, it means we feel worthy of happiness, health, love and forgiveness.  When we have healthy levels of self-esteem we have a sense of our strong personal power.  Then, and only then, can we dance with life!

I believe that understanding how to boost your self-esteem is an essential tool for any kind of inner contentment, happiness or success in life.  When our self-esteem isn't intact, we feel frightened and vulnerable, and we are open to life's challenges as they breeze in and easily knock us over, stealing from us the precious hoy of our existence on this planet.

If we don't like who we are, if we allow others to walk all over us, and if we feel self-critical and put ourselves down regularly, the impact on our lives can result in a lot of pain and mental anguish which will ultimately manifest itself in low-esteem.

Here are some questions to check your level of self-esteem.  Please answer them honestly.

  • Do you feel stuck in a rut?
  • Do you feel powerless in your life?
  • Do you feel that you are out of control?
  • Do you feel confident on the outside but feel your foundations are wobbly?
  • Do you feel worn out and exhausted by your life?
  • Do you think that expecting real love and respect from others isn't that important?
  • Is your life a dull routine?
  • Do you struggle to take time out for yourself?
  • Do you hold on to the pain of something that you have done in the past?
  • Do you criticize yourself regularly?
  • Do you put yourself down in front of others?
  • Do you allow others to put you down?
  • Do you feel that you lack courage to make a change?
  • Do you find it difficult to forgive yourself?
  • Do you feel like a victim?
  • Do you look in the mirror and hate who you see?
  • Do you feel that your life is a life wasted?
If you answer YES to any of these questions then you have a low self-esteem.  Boost your self-confidence by 100 percent by taking a big dose of positive self-esteem.
